2025 Ticket FAQs
The 2025 U.S. Open will be held at Oakmont Country Club from Monday, June 9th, through Sunday, June 15th.
Practice rounds will be held on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Championship rounds will be conducted Thursday, June 12th through Sunday, June 15th.
Mobile tickets, including instructions on how to access and utilize them, will be distributed electronically in the spring to the email address used at the time of purchase. All tickets for USGA championships will be delivered to recipients digitally via AXS Guest Services (guestservices@axs.com) and accessible via the USGA mobile app 30-60 days prior to the start of the championship.
For the 2025 U.S. Open, Juniors aged 12 and under can request a complimentary Gallery ticket at the Ticket Office for each round with a ticketed or credentialed adult; Juniors aged 13-17 can request a complimentary Gallery ticket at the Ticket Office for practice rounds with a ticketed or credentialed adult, and for championship rounds, can purchase a discounted Junior Gallery ticket ($50) at the Ticket Office. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance but will always be available. All Junior tickets must be obtained with the junior present and a ticketed or credentialed adult onsite at a Ticket Office. Ticket Offices are located at all fan entry gates.
PLEASE NOTE: The Junior ticket policy is only available for Gallery and Trophy Club. There is a maximum of four (4) Junior tickets of any age per ticketed or credentialed adult. Juniors aged 17 and under can receive a discounted Trophy Club ticket for practice rounds ($50) and championship rounds ($100) with a ticketed or credentialed adult. Junior tickets do not provide access into any premium spaces or hospitality areas as specific tickets are required for access into each of those venues.
Parking and transportation plans for the 2025 U.S. Open are still being finalized. Please continue to check the FAQ page for updates. All ticket holders will receive parking information via email in the spring of 2025. Those with ADA parking needs should contact the Championship at 2025USOpen@usga.org.
No, the USGA does not have discounted tickets for senior citizens.
The USGA has a strict no-refund policy on all USGA championships. However, most tickets are transferrable. Those eligible can resell their U.S. Open tickets on the official USGA Resale Marketplace which operates each spring.
The military policy is extended to active and retired military members only. For practice rounds, those eligible can request one (1) complimentary gallery ticket per practice day. For championship rounds, active and retired military members can purchase one (1) gallery ticket at a 50% discount per championship day via an online ticket offer accessible after verification. Military members who qualify must obtain their galley tickets in advance via the online verification process accessible now. Tickets obtained through this policy are non-transferable and are for the policy holder only. No guest or spouse tickets will be available through the military policy for the U.S. Open. Military tickets obtained through the verification cannot be upgraded and do not provide hospitality access but are eligible for the junior admission policy.
Yes. While staying in touch with friends and capturing your experience is encouraged, please note the following:
- Silence your mobile device and disable flash.
- Make phone calls only in designated fan zones.
- Mobile device use, photography, video, and audio recording are permitted throughout the course, but should not disrupt play.
- Captured content may not be used for commercial purposes.
- No live streaming or shot-by-shot coverage (with or without video) is permitted.
- Violation of the mobile device policy may result in expulsion and loss of ticket privileges.

Admission gates and Will Call times and information will be finalized in spring of 2025. In addition, gate times will be posted to online when finalized.

No Backpacks, Briefcases, Purses and/or Bags larger than 6" W x 6" H x 6" D in their natural state. Transparent/clear plastic hand and shoulder bags no larger than 12" W x 12" H x 6" D are permitted.
Please note that to expedite admission into the championship, it is recommended that all prohibited items are safely stowed prior to arriving. All fans will go through security screening prior to entering the grounds of the championship.
Yes, free Wi-Fi will be accessible throughout the grounds of the 2025 U.S. Open.
All paid and complimentary tickets for 2025 USGA Championships will be delivered to recipients digitally via AXS Guest Services (guestservices@axs.com) and accessible via the USGA Mobile App. Mobile tickets will be delivered to the AXS account utilized when purchasing or accepting transferred tickets. Fans will not be permitted to enter the gates without a digital ticket. Screenshots do not permit entry. No. Screenshots of our digital tickets will not provide access into the grounds of the U.S. Open. Tickets must be scanned directly from the QR code located in the USGA app. Please view the USGA Mobile Ticket Guide prior to arrival.
Daily re-entry to the grounds is not permitted except in limited instances. Please refer to your digital ticket for additional information. Any exceptions to the re-entry policy for medical purposes or emergencies may be granted by the USGA in its sole and absolute discretion if approved in advance. Please email tickets@usga.org to apply for a re-entry exception.
The USGA Resale Marketplace, hosted by AXS, is the only safe, secure and verified secondary marketplace for purchasing and selling tickets to the U.S. Open. The Resale Marketplace launches in the spring each year and is operational until the conclusion of the U.S. Open.
